Great food. Clean very polite great service

All staff is rude, especially the manager. Overpriced buffet and they refuse to keep refilling it with fresh food. We tried paying with cash but after the manager examined our money for about 10 minutes, (even used the pen) said: "sorry, long time no see" and refused to take our money implying it was counterfeit. She was lucky we had a card on us. Never going back!!!

China Star is the best Chinese restaurant in town

The food was amazing & there was quite a big selection of food to choose from. The staff came to our table to check on us and clear our table many times & didn't let our plates stack up too much. It was very clean & the restaurant was aesthetically pleasing. It was beautiful to look at. The food was exceptional, for me personally.

We have always enjoyed China Star. Lots to choose from,about 5 different buffets to choose from. They dont have much for a salad bar,but food and service is always good.

We were seated okay, but then as time went along other ppl kept getting seated at nearby tables to the point it was so crowded we left before finished. No practice to social distancing at all. Food was stale. No masks worn by much of staff

Tonight was possibly the best I've had at China Star... ever! Disposable gloves were provided, and required for safety. The food was great, and kept well stocked. Even my wife was impressed, and she's not a big fan!

This place always has fresh food and great service. The staff is friendly and clean. The food is never burnt, too done, or not done enough. It's a really cool place to eat. Not to mention it only cost us $22 to eat lunch for two of us.

Food's fine, but the whole place looks like people stopped caring. There's a fountain that no longer works and they haven't even picked up the broken parts. The speakers were shot and sounded so low quality and low. I wish they just turned them off.

If you are looking for good food and good service, and an "all-you-can-eat" buffet where food is replenished as it is taken...you need to keep looking, this is definitely not the place for you. However, if you don't care what you put in your mouth, or if you don't mind the pictures on the website being nothing like what you are paying for, well then this is the place for you.

Food is good and the staff is very hospitable

AMAZING FOOD! Friendly staff and very clean. Less than 20.00 for two people for lunch. Food came out fresh constantly. Highly recommend.

I wish I had something positive to say about this place. I guess the spring rolls were OK. Everything else was hard to swallow. Rice was dried out, sushi was all covered in sauce to mask the taste, cashew and sesame chicken were very overcooked and crunchy (in the bad way). Even the cantaloupe and honeydew was unripe, so pretty much just canned fruit. The lemonade was pretty decent, but mostly because it cleared my palate. Maybe because my family went to native in Japan and I spent time in Seattle... but, overall, not my cup of tea.

Lots of variety. Staff is lovely. We were happy with our visit! Just feel like the atmosphere needs a little boost. But you will always leave full!

Really good food. And i love the multiple different lines to go through to get what you need. Just wish there was more of the fokd that was on there. Didn't seem as if they paid much attention to the buffet line to know when things needed to be refilled. But over all it was a great experience. Great food with friendly service. I'd definitely go back. Especially since my unborn child seems to love the food!

The evening buffet is okay. Nothing to write home about. The cooked fresh fish is overcooked. You can’t eat it. Not much business either. I am sure people are going to all the new more modern restaurants.

Great that they have the same food again and again so you can have your favorites on the buffet. Good selection of fruit too! The only that detracts from your visit is if you need to use the restroom. Just not very clean or appears that way. Still a family favorite in our household!

My favorite local Chinese restaurant. Good food. All you can eat buffet for less than $10. They also have soft serve ice cream and many other desserts included. A great value !!

Fantastic food and service. The only thing that wasn't great was there needs to be a little air flow. After sitting eating food for a bit it got warm.

We drove a hour away to go to this restaurant because we had a taste for Asian or Chinese food, our waitress was really nice and very attentive. We arrived at the buffet after 1pm ("after the lunch rush"), the food was lukewarm, I told the lady at the register whom seem to be the manager/owner, her words to me were "mam I'm sorry about that it's a lunch rush and they can not keep up with everything" okay totally understand that but when we walked in where was the rush and why tell a paying customer "your sorry you can not keep up with everything" WHO WANTS COLD OR LUKEWARM FOOD ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PAYING FOR IT????? Will not recommend because it seems that ONLY lunch rushes are important to the establishment!!

Pleasant atmosphere and amazing food. The crab rangoon are exceptional. I highly recommend the honey chicken, India chicken, fried shrimp and crabmeat, and black pepper chicken. Flavorful, crispy, and tender. You can almost taste the blossoms in the honey chicken. Wonderful take on ambrosia using honeydew and cantaloupe instead of mandarin oranges and pineapple, made it a soft subtle sweet. I have ~never had better Chinese food at a buffet before.

Always a great place to get a number of delicious Chinese dishes. The prices of their refillable drinks can't be matched. Not sure any other place offering soda for 1.49 and .99 for tea (including sweet tea).

Had a very RUDE WELCOME AND SAD SERVICE. THEY BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR ATTITUDE. OR THIS NEEDS TO GO VIRAL

Food was cold! Restaurant was not very clean. Was very loud! Booths were flimsy... sat on the other side of a pluse sized person and the booth was flexing and smoothing me.... food was flat very little flavor tea tasted old... poor table side service!

Delicious food, clean and very curtious service. Always enjoy dining at China Star.

So delicious. Very fresh. Even though we got crop dusted by our waitress! Would totally recommend to a distant cousin maybe...
