Can u make rice without onions or carrots and the staff needs to stop staring at the customers ..its very important that rather customers have there phones open the employee dosent need to looking at there phone over there shoulder.

You want plain rice instead of fried rice? If employees are looking at you, they are only trying to figure out if you need something. If they are trying to take your order be polite and get off your phone.

Does China star give free birthday dinners?

Not sure , I never inquired of it but it does not hurt to ask at the checkout counter or you can give a call to verify if they do give free dinner. Happy birthday!
